Mantener revolviendo por unos minutos hasta que el arroz cambie de color y reservar.
- Rellenar los zapallitos con la mezcla del arroz, teniendo en cuenta dejar un espacio ya que el arroz al cocinarse se expandirá (yo los rellene al tope, porque mi arroz estaba cocido)
- En una olla colocar de forma ordenada los zapallitos rellenos en el fondo y cubrir con la mezcla de 1 1/2 litro de agua con el concentrado de verduras y agregar el agua de la hidratación de las callampas. Dejar cocinar a fuego medio-alto semitapado por 1 hora aproximadamente. (El caldo que queda de la cocción de los zapallitos se puede servir como sopa para acompañar).
