  3. 2 cucharadas yogur natural cremoso

  1. Ponemos el aceite de coco en un wok a fuego medio. Añadimos la cebolla cortada en juliana. Agregamos tras un par de vueltas un chorrito de aceite de sésamo (una cucharadita deba un sabor suave, si queremos más sabor a sésamo, una cucharada sopera)
  2. Si usas pasta tradicional, antes de empezar con el wok, pon el agua a hervir para cocinar la pasta al mismo tiempo que la salsa. Déjala al dente, para terminar de cocerla los últimos 3 o 4 minutos con ma salsa
  3. Yo tenía pimiento ya cocinado y lo aproveché, si no, agregamos justo después de la cebolla los pimientos cortados también en juliana. Tras haber salteado estas verduras unos minutos, agregamos el pollo cortado en tiras.
  4. Cuando el pollo se haya cocinado un poco, agregamos las dos cucharadas de yogur y la lata de leche de coco.
  5. Ponemos a fuego alto para que rompa a hervir y empiece a coger consistencia. Es el momento de agregar el curry y el jengibre. Ir dando vueltas para que no se queme. Yo le agregué media cucharadita de maicena, para darle un punto más de espesor
  6. Mi pasta es de konjac, así que solo tuve que escurrirla y lavarla con agua fría antes de escurrir de nuevo. Pasados unos 10 minutos de que la salsa haya roto a hervir, y cuando haya cogido el espesor deseado, agregamos la pasta o konjac
  7. Mientras terminamos de cocinar la pasta, durante esos 3 o 4 minutos finales, vamos picando el puñado de almendras fritas en el mortero.
  8. Llega el momento de emplatar. Debajo la pasta o konjac y encima agregamos semillas de sésamo tostado, parte de las almendras picadas y perejil picado. ¡Y listo! A comerrr
