  7. Relleno:
  8. 《Puede ser el que gustes》
  9. Yo tenía de pollo (en el freezer)
  10. C/n aceitunas
  11. 1 huevo p/pintar

  1. Coloco en un bol la harina, en un vasito preparo el agua tibia y le agrego la cdta. De sal, la agregamos al bol junto con la grasa derretida tibia (NO CALIENTE) porqué hecharias a perder la masa, mezclar bien hasta obtener un bollo liso, dejar descansar unos 15 minutos. Luego comenzamos "EL FALSO HOJALDRE"⤵️

Luego de su descanso, estiramos la masa de forma rectangular y doblamos de un lado ha ia el centro y del otro lado encima,(dejamos descansar 10 minutos.)Este mismo proceso se repite 6 Veces (con descansos de 10 minutos. Por vez) Ya listo las 6 Repeticiones cuando cortes la masa verás las pequeñas láminas de hojaldre que se habrán hecho. Luego estiramos primero con palote y luego pasamos por la máquina del N°1al 7
  3. RELLENO: Yo tenía Relleno de pollo frizado(ME AHORRE UN TRABAJO👍🏻😉) aparte le agregue unas aceitunas, con el dedo mojamos la masa alrededor del picadillo para que se peguen bien, cortamos c/corta pasta, hacemos repulgue, el que te guste o salga, pintamos con huevo previamente batido y coloco en placa enmantecado, llevamos a horno precalentado medianamente fuerte en la primer rejilla de (abajo hacia arriba)por 15/20 minutos.DEPENDIENDO DE CADA HORNO_ Y LISTO AMIGOS!!!! Quedaron Pipi-Cucu😉👌🏼👍🏻😋
  4. TIPS/CONSEJO: Con los retazos de masa que van quedando de las empanadas, se procede a unirlos uno al lado del otro formando un rectángulo, luego se le pasa el palote para unificar bien y se hacen nuevamente los dobles como la explicación anterior y se deja descansar_(JAMAS SE HACE UN BOLLO❌) ((seria imposible de estirar ya que la masa se pondria muy tensa, y la otra que perderíamos El hojaldre))😉👍🏻
