  1. Picar el ajo y agregarlo a una cacerola con el aceite de oliva, poner la hoja de laurel y freír por un instante.
  2. Agregar el puré de tomate. Dejar que hierva unos 10 minutos. Agregar las especias y las anchoas. Dejar que hierva unos 20 minutos a fuego lento.
  3. Agregar la crema de leche. Revolver. Dejar hervir 10 minutos más. Apagar y reservar.
  4. Se sirve en olla para fondeau (más práctico). Cada comensal se sirve los ingredientes que quiera, los pincha y los mete en la salsa un rato. Luego lo retira con el pan debajo para no manchar nada. Se recomienda un buen vino... o dos. 😉
