- Cortamos las tiras en el tamaño que queramos nuestros ñoquis y le damos forma con el tenedor.
- Cocinar en bastante agua hirviendo con un poquito de aceite, teniendo cuidado de que no se peguen (revolver apenas con el cucharón por si se pegaron). Ni bien suban (unos 5 minutos luego de romper el hervor) nuestros ñoquis están prontos. Los saco con espumadera y en este caso los acompañé con un tuco de carne
