- Pollo

- 40 g guisantes
- Sal

- Jengibre

- Aceite de oliva virgen
- (yo también le he puesto unos calamares)

- Preparamos los ingredientes + las especias
- Troceamos y salpimentamos el pollo (podemos incorporar alguna especia como cilantro, jengibre, tomillo, romero..)
- A fuego medio con aceite de oliva y cuando el aceite esté caliente... añadiremos en una cacerola el pollo troceado y dejamos que se dore. Mientras picamos el ajo, la cebolla, el tomate y el pimiento rojo.
- Cuando el pollo esté dorado lo retiramos y en la misma cacerola añadimos los ingredientes y rehogamos durante 5 minutos
- La cebolla empezará a estar transparente, entonces añadiremos los champiñones.
- Cuando se consuma la mayor parte del agua de los champiñones, añadimos el vino blanco.
- Cuando se evapore el alcohol, añadimos el tomate triturado.
- Cocinamos 5 minutos removiendo de vez en cuando con cuidado de que el tomate no se nos pegue en el fondo de la cacerola.
- Añadimos el caldo y el pollo que teníamos reservado y removemos para integrar bien los ingredientes...
- A continuación añadiremos el arroz y removemos durante 1 minuto
- Rectificamos de sal y lo dejamos cocinar 20 minutos removiendo con frecuencia, para que el arroz suelte almidón y vaya espesando la salsa. Cuando falten 5 minutos, añadimos perejil y los guisantes, removemos y dejamos cocinar hasta los 20 minutos totales..
- Apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar 5 minutos.
