- Limpiamos y cortamos las acelgas. Cortamos la cebolla, la zanahoria y los ajos. Trituramos el tomate o usamos de lata.Yo antes me prepare los garbanzos cocidos, pero pueden ser y de bote!
- Ponemos aceite en una olla y sofreímos la cebolla y los ajos primero. Luego echamos el pimentón y los tomates. Luego añadimos el vinagre también. Echamos las zanahorias y las acelgas y sofreímos como 5 minutos.
- Cubrimos con agua y echamos los garbanzos, dejamos que hierve 20 min.
- En mismo tiempo calentamos una sartén con aceite y freímos el pan y el diente de ajo para el majado. Cocemos un huevo
- En un mortero ponemos el pan, el huevo, el ajo, la pimienta negra y el comino. Machamos bien, cuando está listo el potaje, añadimos un cucharón del caldo al majado. Luego lo echamos en la olla y dejamos cómo 5 minutos más al fuego. Espero que os gusta👍😉
