- En primer lugar, activamos la levadura colocándola en un bowl en trozos, con media taza de agua tibia, una cda de azúcar y una cda de harina. Dejamos reposar unos 15/20 minutos hasta que active.
- Mientras tanto, en otro bowl colocamos la mezcla de harina integral y salvado formando una corona. En los bordes colocamos la sal. En el centro, agregamos las cdas de azúcar y la levadura activada. Comenzamos a unir desde el centro hacia afuera, siempre evitando que la sal toque la levadura, para no quemarla.
- Agregamos de a poco la leche tibia, el huevo previamente batido y continuamos amasando para integrar bien todos los ingredientes. Si ven que la masa queda muy pegajosa, agregar un poco más de harina integral. Debe quedar una masa lisa y firme. Dejar reposar durante unos 15 minutos en lugar cálido.
- Estiramos la masa y la enrollamos dando forma de pan. La colocamos dentro de una budinera (en mi caso es de 32x13cm) o molde previamente enmantecado o aceitado, y la pintamos con leche para lograr su doradura. También le agregué un mix de semillas por arriba para decorar, es a gusto.
- Llevamos a horno mediano por unos 30 minutos. Recordar que va a depender de la potencia de nuestro horno. Estará listo cuando al pinchar con un escarbadiente o palillo, salga seco. Esperar que enfríe para desmoldar. Y listo, tenemos el pan integral para unas ricas tostadas, o para acompañar el almuerzo o la cena 🥰
