Bueno, les traigo está receta que se me ocurrió sobre la marcha. En el almuerzo preparé una cantidad exagerada de arroz blanco (como siempre, porque soy malísima calculando el arroz) así que lo guardé, y originé este invento. He visto en locales de comida que los venden, entonces dije: "Hay , debe ser súper fácil hacerlos..." Y casi jajajajaja un poco complicados de moldear pero no salieron nada mal. #YoMeQuedoEnCasa

  3. 250 grs harina común
  4. 200 grs pan rallado

Que quede puré de arroz blanco, mucho las fácil de tratar y hace que los bocaditos queden más suaves.
  2. Vamos a preparar 3 recipientes. En uno vamos a poner los huevos, le agregamos sal y pimienta. En otro ponemos la harina y en el 3ero el pan rallado. Por otro lado, armamos bolitas con el arroz frío (procesado o no, sirve de todas formas)
  3. Opción 1 de empanado: agarramos la bolita de arroz y la llevamos así: huevo, harina, huevo, harina nuevamente, huevo una vez más y a lo último pan rallado. En ésta opción dejamos una capa de empanado bastante crocante, se cocina rápido y es muy rica. (Son las bolitas de arriba, se me pasaron un poquito, por eso les digo que se cocina rápido 😂😋)
  4. Opción 2 de empanado: éste es mucho más sencillo, agarramos la bolita y va así: harina, huevo y pan rallado. Súper fácil y sin enchastres. Queda una capa fina y con un sabor suave que armoniza con el arroz (lo sé, soné como toda una chef 😄) en la foto son las bolitas de abajo
  5. Ponen a calentar la sartén con aceite, cuando esté caliente ponen las bolitas y listo. Vuelta y vuelta apenas se doran. Las sacan y las colocan en un plato con papel de cocina para que absorba el sobrante de aceite y listo. Nada difícil ni de otro mundo. 👏
