  3. Para el pollo Frito en aceite vegetal: Cortamos el pollo en bastoncitos o como más te guste, lo pasamos por harina, huevo y panko, doramos en el aceite vegetal y secamos en papel absorbente. Notaran que no desprende mucho aceite ya que el aceite vegetal permite frituras secas.
  4. Para la salsa: En un sartén hacer una reducción con la salsa de soja, el caldo de pollo, ají picante, la cucharada de azúcar y una cucharadita de vinagre. Una vez que notamos que espese retirar del fuego y reservar.
