  1. Si lo pueden hacer asado mucho mejor ya que al cocinarse con las brasas queda mucho mejor. Yo lo hice en el horno. Colocar la berenjena con un corte a un solo lado, un poco de aceite hasta que quede cocida/asada, por unos 30 a 40 minutos. Se hace lo mismo con el morrón por unos 20 min.
  2. Se debe sacar la "piel" del morrón y berenjena.
  3. Se coloca en la procesadora de alimentos. Yo lo hice con la mini pimmer. Colocar el morrón, berenjena, ajo(s), pimienta, sal, aceite y vinagre. Ajustar sabores y ya está!
  4. Se puede usar para untar galletitas o zanahorias, apios etc. Yo la uso como salsa para la pasta y queda exquisita! A disfrutar :)
