- Hacemos una corona y en el centro añadimos el aceite de oliva con la levadura y alrededor colocamos la sal, añadimos el yoghurt griego o si tienes kéfir mucho mejor, añadimos el agua tibia, junto con el azúcar rubia, y ralladura de limón, empezamos a mezclar de adentro hacia afuera amasando por 10 minutos debe quedar una masa muy elástica y lisa
- Queda formidable, ya amasado los 10 minutos, colocamos en un bol limpio y aluzamos dejamos reposar por 20 minutos wuaaa aumento su tamaño
- Hacemos un lulo y cortamos en 6 porciones de 100 gr
- Hacemos los bollos dejando bien lisos y ya listos los bollos, estiramos con un poco de harina dejando ovalado, agregamos ajo en polvo encima
- Ya añadido el ajo en polvo, colocamos hojas de cilantro o perejil y aplastamos suavemente con el uslero, y hacemos el aderezo, (mantequilla derretida, con 1/2 zumo de limón y rallamos un pocp de jengibre y añadimos un poco de sal) pincelamos encima de la parte superior del pan
- Ya pincelados los panes naan, colocamos un sartén antiadherente y añadimos el mismo aderezo del pan al sartén solo un poco, y colocamos el pan dejamos cocer por 3 minutos y damos vuelta ufff el olor de este pan me tiene loca
- Retiramos ya dorados y colocamos queso de cabra rallado y a acompañar con diferentes comidas de la india 🇮🇳🕌
