- Pica los tomates en rodajas y los agregas en las berenjenas en forma de U, rocíalo con sal y pimienta, también añades orégano, queso o algún salado de tu preferencia yo usé ricota, porque era lo único que tenía en mi nevera.
- Si lo llevaras al horno le puedes colocar la mezcla que hicimos antes de la Zanahoria y la Cebolla dulce por encima de la cubierta (de 10 min a 15 min a fuego lento), si prefieres hacerlo en sartén o lo quieres freír bien puedes hacerlo ya en la últimavuelta para que prevalezca el sabor y la presentación.
- Ya para finalizar, puedes usar la hierbabuena, una hoja de perejil y/o cilantro para la presentación.
- Posdata, si usarán repollo como yo frianlo primero, en el horno no se hacen tan bien pero es opcional. (no lo hice porque no tenía ya para freirlo)
