- Vamos a revisar que no se nos quede muy seco el guiso, si fuera así le pondriamos una taza de agua y revisariamos de sal.
- Una vez veamos que nuestro guiso coge cuerpo otra vez, escurrimos las judías y las integramos en el guiso con cuidado de no romperlas, añadimos la parte verde de la cebolleta y llego el momento de reposar, apagamos el fuego y tapamos la cacerola con su tapa unos 5 minutos.
- Antes de servir pon el cilantro picado por encima, y el queso checar o mezcla de quesos(que no lleve queso azul) y a disfrutarrrr😋
