- Carne (costilla, posta de vacuno o de la que quiera y tenga)
- 2 cebollas
- 3 ajos
- 3 hojas laurel
- 3 cucharadas aceite de oliva

- Lo ideal es dejar remojando los porotos el día anterior
- Luego dejar en agua la carne picada en cubos medianos y cambiar el agua cada media hora (la cambie 4 veces) y se pone en una olla con agua hirviendo por 10 minutos luego se saca
- Picar la cebolla en cubos poner en una olla con el aceite de oliva, cocinar hasta que la cebolla esté transparente, añadir ajo, morrón, sal y comino
- Luego añadir los porotos y agua que cubra los porotos por 4 centímetros aproximadamente
- Cuando el agua hierva añadir carne de vacuno
- Cuando ya falte poco para que el poroto esté blando se puede añadir longaniza directa a la olla hora que quede cocida o se puede dorar en un sartén y añadir al final
- Y listo para disfrutar!
