- Vamos con el puré: agrego un poco de leche para alivianar la papa y agrego la pasta amarilla y otro poco de jugo de limón. Lo característico de la causa peruana es su puré amarillo. Mezclamos bien hasta que quede lo más homogéneo posible. Ahora en una fuente rectangular colocamos el puré por toda la superficie y aplastamos bien, esta va a ser nuestra base.
- Ahora colocamos el resto de los ingredientes en capas! Después del puré agregamos el pollo, arriba los tomates cortados en finas rodajas y arriba la lechuga. Decoré con más jugo de limón, aceitunas y unas rodajitas de limón.
