  4. En el fondo de la parrilla se coloca un poco de agua. Esto sirve para neutralizar olores ya que la grasa irá cayendo allí. Luego colocamos la parte perforada y allí va la carne y los chorizos. Como ven la llama de la hornalla se ve por el centro. Tengan presente que primero calienta arriba, por tanto hacemos al revés que en una parrilla normal: primero los huesos hacia arriba. Tapamos.
  5. Yo siempre lo pongo unos 10 minutos a fuego fuerte (para dorarlo) y luego lo bajo al mínimo para que se cocine bien por dentro. Cuando está pronto de un lado, lo damos vuelta y repetimos el proceso (primero fuego fuerte y luego bajamos).
  6. Dejamos hasta el punto deseado. ¡A disfrutar!
  7. Hoy lo acompañamos con ensalada de tres sabores.
