- 1.5 litros caldo de pollo concentrado
- 1.5 litros agua
- 1 Kg fideos chinos (los crespos)

- 1 sobrecito sazonador de cerdo (doñagusta)

- Para el caldo de pollo: hacemos un caldo concentrado de huesos de pollo, menudencia y algunos trozos de pollo que nos pueden servir para otra ocasión. Cocinamos todo con sal y un trocito de kion. Pasamos por un colador el caldo y reservamos (que no queden restos de huesitos o grasita).
- Picamos la pechuga de pollo sin piel, ni huesos en lonjitas y reservamos. Lavamos la col y picamos en trozos grandes, reservamos. Pelamos el kion y reservamos, también.
- En una olla aparte ponemos a hervir agua y añadimos los fideos, movemos para que no se peguen y dejamos hervir por 3 minutos, escurrimos bien y reservamos.
- En una olla grande ponemos agua 1.5 litros, el kion pelado. Damos un hervor y añadimos los sobrecitos de doñagusta de pollo y cerdo (puede ser cubito concentrado) y dejamos hervir por 5 minutos. Añadimos el caldo concentrado de menudencias y huesitos que ya colamos (1.5litros) dejamos hervir.
- Añadimos el pollo en lonjitas y la col picada, probamos sal, echamos el aceite de ajonjolí, añadimos el ajinomoto y probamos. Dejamos hervir por 5 minutos o hasta que la col esté un poco transparente y el pollo cocido. Apagamos el fuego, tapamos y retiramos la olla para que no se recocine la col.
- Servimos en pocillo o plato hondo bien caliente.
En el plato vacío: primero ponemos una porción generosa del fideo que reservamos (ya escurrido) y encima servimos el caldo con la col y los trocitos de pollo. Ponemos cebollita china y finalmente espolvoreamos un poquito de canela china... A comer!!!
