- Colocamos la mezcla en la fuente. Cortamos en cuadrados (salen 2 docenas de una fuente), tapamos y llevamos por 1 hora a la heladera (si tenemos tiempo, sino va directamente al horno). Pelamos unas almendras y colocamos una en cada cuadradito.

Llevamos a fuego hasta que comience a hervir y haga burbujas pequeñas sostenidas para hacer el almíbar. Apagamos el fuego y reservamos.
- Llevamos a horno precalentado a fuego medio la fuente hasta que esté dorada la superficie. Retiramos y con las masitas recién sacadas del horno le agregamos el almíbar que teníamos reservado. Dejamos enfriar y desmoldamos. Listas para disfrutar con un cafecito.
